The location near a tram stop is quite convenient. the walls are paper thin, making it noisy at night.

What a unique experience, indeed! I was quite shocked to find my room had such a delightful view of rubbish and filthy old carpets. the absence of basic amenities like a kettle was truly charming. I almost thought about leaving a positive review, but the lack of a complimentary upgrade shattered that dream.

The free secure parking and fast Wi-Fi were definite perks. it’s ideal for travelers needing quick access to food with a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Plus, there's a local pub within walking distance that offers cheap drinks—a solid find after a long day.
Unfortunately, the noise from the trams was hard to ignore, shaking the whole room. The walls had stains and the decor felt outdated. some rooms lacked basic amenities like adequate bedding and tea-making facilities. The lack of internal locks on doors also contributed to an uneasy feeling about safety when all lights were out. With soundproofing being largely non-existent and the thin walls making it difficult to catch quality sleep, the overall ambiance fell short of a true hotel experience.

Noise from outside and thin walls impacted sleep quality!!! Ill-maintained facilities made the overall experience feel rather uncomfortable!!! Better security measures needed to improve guest safety and comfort!!!

Solo travelers must consider it
The staff were really helpful and friendly. My room was next to the rear exit to the car park which was a pain when people were leaving at 4am but at least the room was clean and had a fresh vibe.
It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Friendly staff and clean single room with good Wi-Fi. Located right next to the tram line made getting around a breeze (super convenient! ).
The shower could use some improvements in water pressure.

A Very Disappointing Experience
I arrived to a grim atmosphere—doors boarded up and no staff after 11pm. The room was tiny and dirty, with walls covered in stains. Missing basic amenities made my stay quite uncomfortable. The noise from the street kept me awake. Definitely avoid for solo travelers.
